Responsibilities:
- Help evaluate business goals from various teams, and develop strategies for tracking success.
- Work with our client Lead to consult on web analytics platform selection, implementation, and remediation.
- Lead the installation, configuration, and debugging of web analytics services like Google Analytics and Adobe Marketing Cloud.
- Lead a team in tag implementation, rule development, and data layer analysis using platforms like Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, or Tealium.
- Develop client documentation detailing page code and data layer requirements to support business analysis needs.
- You will perform or provide oversight of quality assurance tests on tracking implementations.
- Provide best practices consulting services to clients in solving their Web analytics platform strategy and technical needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to expose best practices in metrics and decision making to key stakeholders.
- Provide web analytics training and knowledge sharing for clients and the project team.
- Familiar with deploying and testing analytics tools in mobile apps, particularly using the Firebase SDK.
- Experience with development environments and tools for building iOS or Android apps, including XCode and Android Studio.
- Experience with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin or Java programming languages in the context of mobile applications.
- This is a client-facing role. As many of our clients are in the Eastern, Pacific, or Central time zone, you will need to be available during AST, EST, PT or CST hours.
- You will report to the Manager of Analytics Implemetations team.
