Working Hours : for training week, hours can be arranged with the talent and then eventually it can become flexible. Just few hours of overlap with CST ONLY IF NEEDED

About you
You will do bookkeeping for an accounting company (will focus on clients, not internally)
Main Responsibilities
- Recording accurate financial transactions for client accounts using appropriate accounting software or ledgers.
- Regularly comparing client bank statements with accounting records to identify and rectify discrepancies.
- Managing client invoicing, payments, expenses, and vendor relationships efficiently.
- Generating timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, for client review.
- Communicating effectively with clients regarding financial matters and providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive support.
- Ensuring adherence to accounting principles, regulations, and standards in all bookkeeping activities.
Tools to use
- QuickBooks and Xero experience is preferred
- Spreadsheets/Excel or the whole Microsoft stack
- A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in bookkeeping roles, preferably in an accounting firm or similar setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Client service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building positive client relationships.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and ethical standards in handling sensitive financial information.
