Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Work Hours: M-F; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM EST/10:00 PM-6:00 AM PH Time
Salary: 1,000-1,500 USD per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Proposal Writing:
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling and tailored proposals for clients.
- Ensure that proposals align with company standards, address client needs, and showcase the value proposition effectively.
- Continuously improve proposal templates and content based on feedback and industry best practices.
Managing Sales Timelines:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for all sales activities, ensuring timely execution of each stage in the sales process.
- Work closely with the sales team to set realistic timelines and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Monitor and report on progress against timelines, making adjustments as necessary.
HubSpot Management:
- Administer and optimize the use of HubSpot as our CRM tool to streamline sales processes.
- Train and support the sales team in utilizing HubSpot effectively for lead management, communication tracking, and reporting.
- Implement HubSpot best practices to enhance data accuracy and improve overall sales efficiency.
Commercial Contract Controls:
- Oversee the creation, review, and execution of commercial contracts in collaboration with legal and sales teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts.
- Implement controls to track contract milestones, renewals, and amendments.
Sales Process Best Practices:
- Identify and implement best practices for the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Regularly assess and update sales processes to align with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Provide training to the sales team on new and improved processes.
Accounts Receivable Tracking:
- Collaborate with the finance team to monitor and track accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments from new clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, especially HubSpot.
- Familiarity with commercial contract management.
Ideal/Nice To Have/Preferred:
- Experience in the water industry, ideally in water/wastewater treatment.
- Experience working for a SaaS startup.
- Experience in project management.
- Knowledge of and/or familiarity with HubSpot CRM and modern project management tools.
