Account specific roles & responsibilities
- Processing client referrals
- Assisting providers with their schedule and referrals and inquiries
- Assisting providers inquiries via email
- At least 6 months of BPO work experience
- Work experience using MS Applications is a plus (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Amenable to work ONSITE in Shaw, Mandaluyong
- Willing to work on night shifts
