- Oversee the 24/7 operations including traditional NOC monitoring, Level 2 support, and weekend server patching across global locations.
- Possess in-depth knowledge and experience of cloud solutions (Azure, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud), on-premises infrastructure (Windows Server, Linux, HP/Aruba, Palo Alto SD-WAN), and databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL Server, MySQL).
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring service continuity.
- Utilize and contribute to Knowledge Base (KB) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient issue resolution and team learning.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize processes and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
