- Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA
- Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP FICO (Product Costing, FSCM, Fixed Assets), SD, EWM, MM modules, and their integration with each other and third-party applications.
- Demonstrate expertise in data integration technologies like EDI, ALE, and interface development.
- Stay current on SAP innovations like BTP and Fiori Apps, translating them into business value.
- Have proven experience in the MedTech or Pharma domain.
- Facilitate workshops with end-users to gather requirements and feedback.
- Collaborate closely with Process Leads on:
- Refining business user stories
- Resolving key design decisions
- Mapping end-to-end business processes
- Develop comprehensive documentation including business process documents, functional designs, and integration plans.
- Manage & Enhance Gap dispositioning / Development objects, ensuring effective resolution.
- Utilize agile methodologies (e.g., Jira) and visualization tools (e.g., Visio) for efficient project management.
- Possess a strong desire to learn new technologies (S/4 HANA, MuleSoft, API, CDL) and stay ahead of the curve.
- Proactively identify and assess potential impacts of process changes on legacy and satellite systems.
