Support Associate

The Support Associate will have two priorities: Service Quality and Good Client Relation. This position will report directly to the Customer Success Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Book orders of our clients
  • Handle ticket dispatch
  • Follow-up unpaid client invoices and
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments as required and finish other tasks assigned by manager/supervisor on time and meet requirement
