Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute podcast content strategies for clients
- Research, book, and generate contacts of guests and interviewees
- Write and develop podcast briefs, scripts, show notes, and summaries
- Record, edit, and publish high-quality audio content within deadlines and budgets
- Monitor and manage the entire podcast production process, including drafting and adhering to timelines and production schedules
- Create and manage promotional materials such as social media posts and newsletters
- Track, analyze, and report on podcast success metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 1 year experience in podcast production
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Solid knowledge of social media and podcast platforms (Youtube, Tiktok, etc.)
- Adept in audio editing software and equipment for recording and editing podcasts
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute successful content development strategies and campaigns
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
