What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- BA/BS degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Product Procurement, and/or Logistics
- Experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting. Analytical mind with business acumen
- Highly proficient in MS Office (including MS Excel), STORIS (or other ERPs), PowerBI
- Core Competencies Include: Process Driven, Productive, Multi-Tasking, Critical Thinking, Analytical, Communication
What will you do?
- Support Supply Chain team by placing purchase orders in line with forecast & evolving business needs
- Follow domestic & import inventory procurement strategy to ensure healthy in-stock percentage while limiting excess, aged and discontinued inventory levels
- Place purchase orders for all domestic replenishment needs and cross train with senior team members in international replenishment process
- Provide direction for order expedition when necessary to ensure proper inventory levels are available to meet demand, minimizing short shipments to guests
- Coordinate with senior team members to create analysis reports on inbound volume, identifying & providing solutions to problem areas
- Maintain systems to ensure inventory optimization, open purchase order accuracy and appropriate replenishment strategies
- Perform additional duties and assignments as needed
- Maintain effective internal relationships by demonstrating mastery of the core communication skills
- Find opportunities to eliminate waste by improving/automating/standardizing current processes
