What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing with a good understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Knowledgeable in any Payroll Software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
What will you do?
- Manage the end-to-end payroll process in accordance with ConnectOS policies and procedures.
- Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payroll and benefits payments.
- Perform daily payroll operations, including flexi-benefits processing, overtime calculations, payroll reconciliations, and statutory deductions.
- Regularly review payroll workflows and procedures, making recommendations to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax and labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
- Provide exceptional service to employees who have payroll-related queries.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee payroll records, including inputting and maintaining data in the payroll system.
