Position : VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Work Hours : 9AM-5PM (GMT) ; UK timezone
Holidays : TBD
Pay Range : $ 800 - 1,200 USD per month
About the role:
This role will support two teams. Our Marketing and Customer Success teams. They would be need for 3-4 hours per day for Marketing and 4-5 hours per day for Customer Success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing Duties:
- Review all incoming emails and replies to outbound marketing emails.
- Review all comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Manage best practices
- Uploading articles/content to the website
- Help manage the fact-checking/proofreading of articles
- Supporting with project management for video content
- Customer Succes Duties:
- Zendesk ticket support
- Data collection
- Login Email admin
- At least 2 years of Customer support experience
- Can write well, craft appropriate responses
- Project management
- Website management (not essential, but helpful)
