Responsibilities
- Installing, configurating and maintaining relevant applications being used within the organization
- Fine-tuning of configuration of application settings for optimal performance
- Applying OS/security patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities.
- Analyzing processes, technologies, and vendors continually to find areas for improvement
- Maintaining the security of the organization's IT systems and data. Ensuring that IT processes are followed by IT staff, adhering to security standards and regulatory requirements.
- Creates and maintains technical and process documentation. Propose Knowledge changes and update existing process documents
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Performing ad hoc IT-operations related assignments and projects as required
- 1 to 2 years Systems Administrator experience in a BPO setting or similar
- Excellent Verbal and Written English communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box, analytical regarding complex situations
- Amenable working onsite in MAKATI and MANDALUYONG
- Willing to work Night Shifts
