Position                                            : LegalTech Client Onboarding and Customer Success

Work Hours                                    : Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM Philippines/Singapore time

Holidays                                           : 18 public holidays (flexible dates) + 14 days annual leave

Pay Range                                        : 800 - 1200 USD per month

Your Role in a Snapshot

 

Join our team as the key player in onboarding and empowering our clients with innovative contract management solution. Your role is a blend of legal expertise and tech-savvy customer engagement. You will be instrumental in setting up contract templates, navigating legal compliance, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. We value your analytical skills, adaptability, and drive to maintain the company's commitment to excellence in a dynamic startup environment. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, competitive remuneration, and a chance to grow with a pioneering team in legal tech.

 

What You'll Do

  • Client Onboarding and Template Customization: Implement contract management solutions tailored to each client, focusing on the customization of templates and workflows.
  • Legal Support and Compliance: Utilize your legal expertise to manage complex client inquiries and ensure compliance in contract management.
  • Key Account Engagement: Actively engage with major clients, leveraging your legal and SaaS knowledge to support their initiatives and enhance their experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside product and support teams to contribute to product development and elevate the client experience.
  • Content Development: Create and maintain clear, helpful documentation and conduct educational sessions for clients.
  • Instructional Video Production: Produce instructional videos on product usage (this is a significant bonus skill).

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience in customer management, anticipating and addressing client needs.
  • Background in legal, paralegal, or contract administration
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in contract management and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging customers effectively.
  • Adaptability and agility in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • General tech-savviness and able to experiment with new tools to do our jobs better

 

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Demonstrated experience in both legal and technical aspects of contract management, especially within a SaaS environment.
  • Experience in developing educational content, particularly with video production.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, especially in tech-driven scenarios.
  • Strong ability to collaborate in a remote, diverse team environment.
