Position: Community and Partnerships Manager (part-time)

Work Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 15-20 hours per week between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PH Time

Holidays: Philippine holidays

Pay Range: USD 500 - 600 per month (depending on qualifications and skills)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow app community - encourage people to share their experiences/questions/photos, post regularly, create groups, etc. Ensure high engagement and a sense of community
  • Create raving fans and word of mouth referrals
  • Gather reviews - NPS surveys, before and after surveys, app before and afters, Shopify reviews, quotes from customers encountered via customer service
  • Gather and organize all before and afters
  • Manage Share Your Journey Challenge (SYJC) content
  • Future - affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships with other content creators 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Number of daily posts in app community
  • Number of before and after's shared in app community (per month)
  • Share Your Journey Challenge (SYJC) content - number of useable before and afters
  • Streamline process for storing and sharing reviews from all platforms
  • Good oral and written communication skills (English language).
  • At least 1 year of experience in community management, partnership management, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture communities and drive engagement through various channels.
  • Experience in managing strategic partnerships and working with organizations and influencers.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in planning and executing campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
