Position : SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Work Hours : Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm CST (can be flexible)
Holidays : New Years Day - January 1st, Good Friday, Easter, US Independence Day - July 4th, Thanksgiving- Nov, Christmas Eve - Dec 24th, Christmas Day - Dec 25th
Pay Range : $ 900 - 1,500USD per month
About the role:
We are seeking a goal-driven individual for the role of Sales Development Representative. In this position, your primary responsibility will be to use various sales strategies to attract new customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Book initial appointments
- Do cold and warm outreach
- Conduct research to identify potential leads within the target market
- Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit for company's services
- Keep accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Assist the sales team by providing insights into the needs and preferences of prospective clients.
- Atleast 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role
- Proficient in GSuite
- Working experience in HubSpot
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills
