Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for accounting positions
- Proactively build a pipeline of qualified accounting professionals
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounting professionals to ensure a continuous pool of qualified candidates
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients on recruitment strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Strong understanding of the accounting industry and its unique hiring needs
