We're seeking a talented SENIOR CRM HUBSPOT SPECIALIST to be assigned to our Australian client, a leading provider of an all-encompassing digital solution that caters to a wide range of industries on both a national and international level.
This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, DAYSHIFT.
Office-based position in these locations - Cebu City, Pampanga, and Dumaguete.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior HubSpot CRM Specialist, you play a pivotal role in driving the success of the company's CRM strategy. Your expertise in implementing and optimizing HubSpot CRM is instrumental in providing a seamless experience for our customers. You will be the go-to person for all CRM-related concerns, responsible for developing innovative marketing automation solutions, managing databases, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the company's growth and success, making you an invaluable member of the team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main point of contact for all CRM (HubSpot) concerns, providing expert guidance and support to internal teams.
- Develop and execute marketing automation solutions, including email marketing campaigns and sales funnels, tailored to different industries and their specific needs.
- Play a critical role in all aspects of marketing campaigns, from implementation and execution to monitoring and optimisation, ensuring a seamless transition to our new digital solution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing technology, automation, and analytics strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps that can be applied across various industries.
- Manage the CRM database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy and leveraging it to drive targeted marketing initiatives for our expanding customer base.
- Set up custom properties and build workflows for automated systems (e.g., autoresponders, sales pipelines, chatbots, forms, etc.) within HubSpot to align with the unique requirements of different industries.
- Create reporting dashboards and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis, helping make data-driven decisions and achieve business goals.
- Conduct efficiency audits and collaborate with the team to review, recommend, and implement best-practice CRM processes and procedures within HubSpot that cater to the diverse needs of our national and international clientele.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance our digital solutions for different industries.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3+ years' experience as a HubSpot specialist.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a rapidly evolving environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for innovation, staying ahead of industry trends, and continuously improving CRM strategies to meet the evolving needs of our expanding customer base.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and strategically.
