Are you a creative and experienced marketer looking for a new challenge? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and help take our email marketing efforts to the next level. As our Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and executing email campaigns that engage our audience and drive sales.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about creating visually stunning email templates that grab the reader's attention, and who has a keen eye for detail to ensure that our brand standards are consistently met. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop and implement automated email flows, analyze campaign performance, and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Position: Email Marketing Specialist
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, EST
Monthly Salary: Up to 1,200 USD/mo (Depending on the interview result and client’s approval)

Responsibilities
- Create automated flows
- Design and implement email campaigns
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Create email templates using graphics and brand assets
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing
- Ensure emails are created in alignment with brand standards
- At least 2+ years of experience
- Tool: Klaviyo (required), Shopify, Illustrator (nice-to-haves)
- Good communications and written experience
- Female only
- Portfolio is required
