Position: Senior Front End Engineer
Work Hours (Client): Mondays to Fridays, Must be willing to work in a flexible schedule to collaborate with team members in different time zones when necessary.
Pay Range: Upto - $2500/month
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement user interface components and web applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and translate them into high-quality code.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring application security.
- Maintain and improve website, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high performance across all devices.
- Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and enforce software development best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply them into operations and activities.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 7+ years of engineering experience, with a significant portion dedicated to front-end development in an agile environment.
- Exceptional programming skills with comprehensive experience in React, Redux, and TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Experience with prototyping tools like Figma for designing and iterating on UI/UX designs.
- Familiarity with module bundlers, such as Webpack, and understanding of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
- Comfortable with submitting to a background and reference check.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
