Position: 17118796314 - Finance Manager
Working Hours/Shift: M-F, Full-time, 40 hours a week; semi - flexible, overlap 09:00 AM - 01:00 PM UTC / 05:00 PM - 09:00 PM Philippine Standard Time
Salary Range: $ 900 - 1500 USD
Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Monitor active customer accounts and interactions.
- Assist in analyzing customer feedback and usage data to enhance customer experience.
Financial Management:
- Oversee and manage invoicing and payment processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Liaise with accounting and finance teams for financial reconciliation and audits.
Operational Support:
- Coordinate and optimize internal operational processes.
- Assist in project management and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Support the preparation of operational reports and presentations.
- Manage and organize administrative tasks and company documentation.
Technical and Analytical Support:
- Leverage technical skills to optimize operational tools and software
- Conduct data analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 + years of experience as a Finance Manager;
- Experience working with a German client/company is a huge advantage
- Proficient with using ZOHO Accounting software
- Proficient with banking software is an advantage
