This is a FULL-TIME role, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, NIGHT SHIFT
This is an office-based position in central Cebu City.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and executing visually appealing and impactful booth designs that effectively represent our clients' brands and engage their target audience. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and the marketing team to deliver outstanding booth designs that exceed expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Booth Design: Create innovative and visually striking booth designs that align with clients' brand identities and objectives, while considering the specific requirements of the life and sciences industry.
- Concept Development: Work closely with clients and project managers to understand their goals, target audience, and key messages, and translate them into compelling booth design concepts.
- Graphic Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visual elements that effectively communicate the clients' messages and enhance the overall booth design.
- Branding and Identity: Ensure consistent application of clients' brand guidelines and visual identities across all booth designs, maintaining a cohesive and professional appearance.
- Layout and Composition: Determine the optimal layout and composition of booth elements, including graphics, signage, interactive displays, and promotional materials, to maximise visual impact and user experience.
- 3D Visualization: Utilize 3D software or other relevant tools to create realistic renderings and visualisations of booth designs, enabling clients to visualise the final product before implementation.
- Print Production: Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and timely production of booth materials, including graphics, signage, and promotional items, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, milestones, and budgets while providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in booth design and the life and sciences industry, incorporating innovative ideas into designs to enhance client experiences.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences and proactively offering design recommendations and solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience with at least 5 years in graphic design, preferably with a strong focus on booth design or event design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modelling/rendering tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of booth designs and other relevant graphic design work.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts to clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of organisation and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of the life and sciences industry, including familiarity with scientific concepts and terminology, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written English and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
