Snapshot of the role:
Our Sales Support Representatives will be responsible for building trust and rapport with prospective customers to help them understand the benefits of solar.
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform outbound calls with prospective customers and follow up on warm leads
- Responsible for setting of appointments
- Meets all identified team and client performance metrics, goals, and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing, high-performing team-based environment. Provides backup support to other teams as needed
- Builds relationships and works closely with customers, co-workers, and all levels of the organization in a positive manner to supply necessary updates and reporting as needed
- Complete other tasks as deemed appropriate by the supervisor
- Regular attendance, punctuality, and adherence to an agreed-upon schedule of availability are conditions of employment and essential function of this position.
- At least SHS Graduate
- Must have 1-year sales outbound cold calling experience in a call center setting.
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
- Sales mindset and money-motivated.
- Self motivated, driven individual
- Experience handling high call volume
- Proficient in using technology; laptop, pc, tablet etc
- Amenable to shifting schedules (Graveyard Shift) and/or split rest days.
- Must be willing to work onsite at Robinsons Cyberscape Gamma Ruby/Topaz Rd. Ortigas
