We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role will work closely with the management and help with day-to-day operation activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help a lot in email support
- Research and some admin tasks
- Reach out to leads
- Any other tasks as assigned by the client.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as VA/ customer support
- Tools: Google workspace, Microsoft, Shopify
- Canva, Photoshop and Asana (huge plus)
- Knowledgeable in social media
- Good communications and written skills
- Self starter
