JOB TITLE: Creative Virtual Assistant

SALARY: $1,000 - $2,000/ month (Depending on the interview result and the client's approval)
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Creative Virtual Assistant. As a Creative Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and creative support. You will assist in various tasks such as content creation, social media management, graphic design, and video editing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing creative content for marketing campaigns
- Manage and update social media accounts
- Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms
- Assist in Accounting
- Administrative work such as Travel Management, Research work and Calendar Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Figma, Google Slides, Notion, Monday.com)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and management tools
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and creative flair
