Position: Digital Marketing Support Copywriting & Graphic Design Working Hours: M-F 9 AM - 5 PM EST / M-F 10 PM - 6 AM PHT

About the Job:
We’re looking for someone with excellent writing and research skills to assist with copywriting and digital/content marketing support. This person will research and write content for a variety of projects (including landing pages, ads, email sequences, newsletters, blogs, and social media), working closely with the marketing director to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and articulate messaging. This person will work in content marketing platforms (namely Hubspot) to develop and implement content marketing strategies, including landing page creation, social campaigns, drip email marketing, and more.
This person should be able to speak in our brand voice to help generate leads and improve the quality of our content. Research and understanding of our target market should guide messaging, as well as continual evaluation of KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Writes compelling copy across all marketing channels, including website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, blog posts, digital ads, and social media.
- Develops and maintains the brand voice and tone.
- Uses data-driven marketing to guide all copy decisions.
- Works on multiple projects at once and excels at project management.
- Assist with SEO optimization | Produce well-written content that is SEO-friendly and optimized for conversion
- Perform background research as needed
- Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization strategies in email and website marketing
- Ensure that landing page content aligns with marketing messaging and effectively communicates value propositions.
- Layout and design digital marketing materials such as landing pages, newsletters, and social media ads in a way that captures and directs attention and matches our branding
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- This person should be able to speak in our brand voice to help generate leads and improve the quality of our content. Research and understanding of our target market should guide messaging, as well as continual evaluation of KPIs.
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and possess strong written communication skills, a strong creative eye for design, as well as experience in basic digital marketing (such as social media, SEO, email writing, etc.).
- Professional copywriting experience for digital marketing purposes
- Exceptional writing and research skills
- Strong grammatical and proofreading skills
- Digital marketing graphic design experience, including web/landing pages, newsletters, digital ads, social posts, etc.
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
- Ability to work independently or with a team to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with standard style guides
- Proficiency in Hubspot Marketing Platform
- Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
- Familiarity with keyword research and SEO optimization
- Knowledge of popular digital marketing tools, including content management software, search engine optimization software, digital marketing platforms, and website analytics software.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite, -Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva.
- Experience with social media and content marketing
- Experience using data and testing to drive optimization
- Cold Email writing experience a plus
