This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, Dayshift. 

This is an office-based position in either Cebu City, Pampanga or Dumaguete. 

The expected start date is March 2024. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated SALES AND MARKETING ASSISTANT to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting both the Marketing Manager and the Practice Manager in various marketing and finance-related tasks.  In this role, you will be assisting with the management of marketing projects and initiatives and providing finance administration for the business. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

      • Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and external Marketing team to implement marketing initiatives and assist with ad hoc marketing projects. 
      • Manage social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling, and engagement. 
      • Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.  
      • Coordinate the creation of new materials as needed. 
      • Provide administrative support for all marketing efforts and assist in the implementation of the company's brand strategies. 
      • Work closely with the Practice Manager and external Accountant to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of all bank transactions for the General Team. 
      • Assist in generating end-of-month budget reports using Xero Accounting software. 
      • Provide administrative support to the Practice Manager in matters relating to accounts and finance. 
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar is preferred but not essential. 
  • Previous experience of at least two (2) years in finance or bookkeeping to bring your expertise to the team. 
  • Impeccable attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reporting. 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills combined with innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with stakeholders. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with payroll systems and databases.
