About you
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help manage our diverse range of marketing activities while maintaining and enhancing our brand presence and driving growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand target audience preferences, trends, and competitors' strategies. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Digital Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop a content strategy encompassing blog posts, articles, videos, and other formats to engage the audience, build brand authority, and drive organic traffic.
- Email Marketing:
- Collaborate with the email agency to develop email strategies and plans aimed at driving sales and fostering customer loyalty.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage the brand's presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content, interact with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
- Measure and Report:
- Analyze the performance of marketing channels, campaigns, and creatives. Assess results against predefined goals and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably in e-commerce or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Shopify etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must possess autonomy and the ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated initiative in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Eagerness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Some experience in media buying and/or creative planning preferred.
