- At least 6 months of experience as a BPO CSR handling a US HEALTHCARE INSURANCE account
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
