The Accounts Payable Accountant deals with accounting-related transactions, such as recording of invoices and accruals, processing payments, and generating of financial reports.
Your key tasks:
- Process invoices in a timely manner. Ensure the completeness of invoices and supporting documents. Perform three or two-way match before posting the invoice.
- Process travel-related expenses of employees and ensure the accuracy of the postings and clearings.
- Coordinate, escalate, and track invoice issues on a timely basis.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
