Job Description:
- To monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow and progressive claim preparation.
- Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner’s expectation is met.
- Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
- Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
- Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule
- To attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection
- To attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants’ representative
- Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to
- Project Managers when work commences in the field.
- Adhere to quotation and tender management policies and practice in performing daily task.
- Obtain necessaries and update documents to ensure availability of documents (e.g: pricing & technical data) for tender submission
- Prepare quotations & proposed drawing as per client’s requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for on time delivery of all assigned tenders / quotation.
- Keep pricing and other information regarding quotation and tender confidential
- Adhere AUTOCAD drawing as per client requirements
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, Microsoft Project, OUTLOOK
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Engineering Construction/Structural or equivalent.
