Relay Insights helps business-to-business (B2B), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies grow their digital marketing programs. We also advise companies on marketing organization development and participate in hiring and onboarding new employees. We seek to develop long-term partnerships with companies and become extensions of their marketing teams.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Relay Insights is seeking a professional who has experience with business-to-business (B2B) marketing (and relevant examples to share). We are also looking for a “numbers” person–someone who enjoys working in spreadsheets and analyzing marketing data. We are not looking for a professional focused on design, video animation, ad creation, and so on. The following responsibilities and qualifications provide more detail about the day-to-day activities we need support with.
Responsibilities:
- Download and organize website and marketing metrics, such as visitors, conversions, etc.
- Research software market information and trends, such as market size, vendors, and more.
- Evaluate organic and paid search opportunities based on search volume, competition, etc.
- Collect and organize client customer data, such as firmographics, testimonials, etc.
- Help create ad hoc analyses related to website and content analytics
- Ability to quickly learn information organizing techniques (with professional examples as proof)
- Very strong Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets knowledge (e.g. lookups, formulas, etc.)
- High attention to detail and accuracy (>90% of work is complete and doesn’t require edits)
- Inclination towards critical thinking–can determine next steps without instruction
- Self-driven and bias towards action and results
- Knowledge in Project Management tools like ASANA (nice to have)
