The main role of the RPA support engineer is to create quality gates for all projects to be deployed in production. Prepare test case scenarios on project in adherence to SDLC cycle. Deploy quality and sustainable fix for any issues based on the Service Level Agreement.
Support all projects in production and leads the Quality Assurance of Projects. Attend to all issues and concerns logged in Ticketing system based on SLA.
Quality Assurance – 70%
- Analyzes the Test Cases prepared by other team members Executing the Test Cases following testing lifecycle processes.
- Prepares Test Data for the test cases.
- Defects Tracking, giving mandatory information of a defect to developers to fix it.
- Communication with the Leads on project updates
- Participates in team design meetings, meetings, and other development / Testing meetings and roll out of the Robots to production.
Project Support – 30%
- Fixes bugs, feature request and enhancements.
- Performs analysis on applications functionality and suggesting improvements.
- Provide project application support.
