What you'll be doing:
- Requirement Analysis and Test Case Design: Conduct comprehensive analysis of project requirements and design meticulous test cases for thorough coverage.
- Testing Execution: Seamlessly perform manual and automated testing within agile sprints, covering system integration, functional, volume, user interface, and performance testing.
- Quality Assurance Goals: Ensure product releases consistently exceed predefined quality standards, emphasizing a commitment to excellence.
- Automation: Evaluate the percentage of test automation coverage, the reliability of automated test scripts, and the time saved through automation in the testing process.
- Process Improvement: Establish and Implement process improvements, identifying efficiency gains, and staying current with industry trends.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including estimations and retrospectives, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Analysis: Thoroughly document test cases, plans, results, and defects while maintaining a focus on analysing testing efforts for completeness.
- Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with teams to ensure alignment with customer and business requirements, promoting a cohesive approach to project success.
