We are the Employee Enablement Solutions Team (EES) in Corporate IT, where we champion the technology needs of our Visa staff. Our mission is to drive exceptional quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of services to our users and business functions. Our vision is to evolve faster than the challenges, fill gaps that are yet unknown, and not only see around walls but knock them down. We have an exciting new position for a Content Writer.
We are looking for a hardworking professional who will oversee intranet content, ensuring it equips employees with the information they need to adopt various tools and technologies to stay productive. This role involves maintaining the content's quality, accuracy, and visual design consistency.
Essential Functions
- Write, edit, and publish engaging content related to employee tools and tech processes on the company's intranet.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand and accurately represent technology tools and processes in the content.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy, relevance, and timeliness of the intranet content.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their content needs and deliver accordingly.
- Monitoring site analytics, user engagement and feedback to improve the content.
- Maintain sound information architecture (site navigation).
- Liaise with the site development team on special projects and technical issues.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
