Your experience as a skilled executive assistant, scheduler, and coordinator will shine as you manage complex schedules, plan travel arrangements, and coordinate events. As a valuable team player, you'll contribute to the operational and administrative efficiency of our fast-growing organization.

  • Efficiently manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Organize domestic and international travel logistics
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate communication between leadership and various teams
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations

  • Night Differential if applicable (10% of hourly rate)
  • 20 Leaves (after 6 months)
  • Holiday pay (200% on Regular holidays; 130% on Special holidays)

  • Referral bonus (P10,000 if referral passed and stayed with the company for 3 months)
  • HMO (after 6 months)
