Position : Senior PHP Developer
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, EST (Eastern Standard Time), flexible working hours

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend functionalities using PHP.
- Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and maintain WordPress plugins.
- Write clean, efficient, and secure code for various web applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to PHP code and WordPress plugins.
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
- Stay updated on the latest PHP and WordPress development trends and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on PHP and WordPress plugin development.
- 5+ years of experience in PHP development, with a focus on backend development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and MySQL.
- Experience working with WordPress and developing custom plugins.
- Knowledge of WordPress coding standards and best practices.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
