In this role you will be primarily responsible for supporting the Regulatory Compliance function with implementation and ongoing monitoring of compliance controls associated with the regulatory compliance obligations of Visa Payments Limited.
Assisting the business and Regulatory Compliance function in the continuous monitoring of our First Line of Defense (FLOD) controls and Monitoring Framework to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ongoing monitoring, of second line of defense (SLOD) controls.
Assisting with ongoing internal projects.
Supporting the Regulatory Compliance function with obtaining information to support internal audits and regulatory requests
Contributing to design, implementation and on-going reviews (as necessary) of the approach and framework of the regulatory compliance team.
Supporting the Regulatory Compliance function as required on projects and any other ad hoc regulatory compliance projects.
Supporting the function’s regulatory incident management framework.
Assisting with the compliance function regulatory training obligations.
Contributing to regulatory horizon scanning, including but not limited to consideration of potential business impact, proposed regulatory changes, system & control assessments in line with upcoming changes.
Ability to construct regular reporting, such as metrics and dashboards.
Supporting the promotion and embedding a culture of compliance, including providing input to any relevant training materials to be distributed across Visa Payments Limited.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders with regulatory compliance matters.
Proactively evaluate current processes and identify any weaknesses.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
