As the Operations Admin Assistant you must:
- Do necessary reports related to sales of the stores
- Coordinates with the respective departments regarding the concerns in the Operations.
- Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated, identifies opportunities for improvements.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures.
- Ensures the work environment is adequate and safe.
- Implements policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
- Oversees sales activities, purchasing, and inventory, ensuring each is reaching its goals set by leadership.
- Plans, directs, controls, implements, evaluates, monitors, and forecasts each brand's budget and cost of sales to achieve financial objectives.
- Communicates and explains new directives, policies or procedures to OMs / AOMs.
- Improves customer service and satisfaction through policy and procedural changes.
- Leads Coordination and integration of efforts among operations and other departments.
- Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry and community.
