Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform end-to end recruitment for our team in the Philippines and in the US.
- Contribute to the requisition's planning and preparation, and coordinate with the hiring manager regarding the credentials, responsibilities, and obligations of prospective employees.
- Develop the job description and upload the job advertisement to the company's application tracking system.
- Conduct internal and external sourcing.
- Screen the candidates.
- Conduct an initial interview and provide the hiring manager with your recommendation for the candidate.
- Coordinate a candidate interview with the hiring manager.
- Meet with the hiring manager to go over the interview's conclusion.
- Extend a job offer to the successful candidate.
- Send the employee the other necessary forms to complete the pre-employment requirement.
- Onboard the employee.
- Deliver regular updates to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development regarding the status of recruitment.
- Administer compensation and benefits plans.
- Contribute to the oversight of newly hired employees' healthcare enrollments.
- Contribute to the oversight of newly hired employees' PTO and Sick Time enrollments.
- Assist the HR department in formulating effective training and development strategies for the workforce.
- Provide HR with support in managing grievances from employees.
- Assist in monitoring and organizing the performance evaluation schedule for every employee. And coordinate the evaluation schedule with the department in charge.
- Assist the department managers in the process of issuing disciplinary actions.
- Provide support to the HR department in the development of programs for employee engagement and retention.
- Perform other HR duties as required.
