The project manager that we are searching for should be able to contribute independently and collaborate with various divisions within our company. The project manager will be dedicated to fully assisting our CEO and should be able to handle our CEO's business to-do lists. The project manager should be able to hold the project management team accountable for project deliverables, as well as have good communication skills and the ability to manage the project and team efficiently. He or she should be able to handle a busy calendar of initiatives. Additionally, we are searching for a project manager with experience in wireless, OSP, and fiber construction. A background in civil engineering, as well as being extremely organized and detail-oriented, is highly preferred. Duties and Responsibilities
- The project manager will collaborate with and support our US project management team and our CEO.
- Plan, forecast, and reforecast projects, goals, objectives, budgets, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with the US project management team to identify and define project timelines.
- To complete the project on schedule and within budget while ensuring that the budgets are effectively allocated.
- Evaluate project risks and concerns, deliver timely resolutions when appropriate, and supervise the management of stakeholders' perspectives in order to identify the most optimal solutions.
- Provide support and collaborate with the US project management team and the CEO of the organization on daily operations.
- Actively oversee and coordinate the daily operations and tactics of diverse project implementation initiatives.
- Ensure that employees and stakeholders are adequately informed of plans, progress, and status updates.
- Facilitate and organize meetings and action items, delegate responsibilities, and track progress with internal and external resources as needed. Furthermore, ensuring the progress and fulfillment of the action items.
- Recording important actions and carrying out decisions made in meetings.
- Putting together the presentation materials that are required for meetings with customers, as well as meetings with the CEO and the project management team.
- Ensure projects comply with established frameworks and maintain all necessary documentation for each project in the ERP system.
- Collect necessary project resources for the program manager in preparation for the internal kickoff of a new project engagement.
- Manage the CEO's calendar of initiatives and business to-do lists.
- Support the CEO by working together with people from various departments.
- Performing project-related duties as needed.
