Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience and a strong track record of implementing successful marketing strategies. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve our marketing goals
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Utilize marketing management tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to ensure marketing efforts are coordinated and effective.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Set clear deliverables, timelines, and milestones for marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Organize and host webinars to engage with our target audience, showcase our products/services, and educate potential customers.
- Leverage your B2B marketing experience to develop strategies that resonate with our target business clients.
- Provide regular reports and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on strategic marketing management.
- Proficiency in marketing management tools, especially Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross- functional teams.
- Experience in hosting webinars or other virtual events is a plus.
- Prior experience in B2B marketing is highly desirable.
- Availability to work from 9AM to 5PM EST.
