ABOUT THE ROLE
We are searching for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Brand & Content Specialist with a strong understanding of UI/UX principles to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in:
· Developing and executing our digital brand strategy, including defining and maintaining a cohesive user experience (UX) across all online touchpoints.
· Leading website development, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience, and contributing to SEO optimization.
· Managing social media and marketing efforts, creating compelling visual content, and leveraging user data to inform content strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand Strategy & UX:
- Collaborate in developing and maintaining a cohesive brand identity and user experience (UX) across all online touchpoints (website, social media, etc.).
- Assist with conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform brand positioning and UX best practices.
- Contribute creative ideas and support the development of compelling brand messaging and storytelling for marketing materials, considering both user needs and brand identity.
- Content Creation & Management:
- Lead the development of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with brand goals, audience needs, and UX considerations.
- Create engaging and informative content (blog posts, infographics, videos, etc.) across various platforms, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness.
- Manage assigned content creation tasks and projects, ensuring timely publication and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Social Media Management:
- Execute an established social media strategy to cultivate engagement, brand awareness, and positive user sentiment.
- Create and schedule captivating social media content (text, images, videos) that drives audience interaction, considering both brand identity and user engagement best practices.
- Monitor and analyze social media activity in collaboration with the team, leveraging data to inform future content strategy and improve user experience.
- Visual Content Creation & UI/UX:
- Edit and enhance photos and videos for use on websites and social media, prioritizing visual appeal and user experience.
- Contribute to the design and development of the website user interface (UI), working with designers to ensure consistency with brand identity and UX best practices.
- Source and curate visually appealing content that aligns with brand identity, considering both aesthetic appeal and user experience.
- Collaborate on maintaining consistency in visual style and user experience across all platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or branding role.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and execute a comprehensive digital brand and UX strategy.
- Experience with designing and developing user-friendly websites using CMS platforms.
- Expertise in social media management, content creation, and data-driven decision making for various platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- A keen eye for design, a strong understanding of visual storytelling, and an ability to translate brand identity into impactful UX elements.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.

- Experience with accessibility best practices for web and content development.
- Proven track record of improving user engagement and conversion rates through content and UX optimization.
