A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
- Team Leaders will have Business Development Representatives
- Responsible to handle day-to-day performance of the BDR, which will include outbound prospect calling, appointment scheduling, and creating sales qualified opportunities.
- Need to work closely with the Sales Manager along with the Senior Sales Manager and the Global Director.
- Will be providing feedback on daily team observations and make recommendations for improved performance.
- Salesforce.com management of leads and sales pipeline.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with managing inside sales team for North American prospects.
- Must be a strong and clear communicator. Need to be hands on sales leader and motivator that drives results.
- Must have the sales experience to work through a conversation and be persistent. Need lead by example and help team achieve goals.
- Strong work-ethic and an positive attitude along with a desire to build a top performing team.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs in evolving situations
- Independently exercise excellent judgment, discretion and sound reasoning in making important decisions
- Excellent professional communication skills required, both verbal and written
- Must be able to interface with Senior Leaders and all levels of employees and consistently exude a pleasant, polished, and professional image
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner
- Ability to switch gears and frequently reprioritize while keeping a calm and controlled demeanor Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
