POSITION DESCRIPTION
Team Leader (Onsite)
Uptown Site, Taguig City, Philippines
Reporting to: Operations Manager
We’re an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back-office services on behalf of our global clients. As a Team Leader, your role is vital in keeping our customers and employees happy and contributing to our organization’s growth and success.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
- Team Leaders will have Leads Verification Specialist to handle.
- Responsible to handle day-to-day performance of the agents.
- Perform assigned functional tasks within the team, demonstrating expertise and setting a standard for quality and efficiency.
- Handle critical assignments and serve as a backup resource during operations demands, ensuring continuity and smooth functioning of operations.
- Need to work closely with the Illion clients along with the Operations Manager and will be providing feedback on daily performance and make recommendations for improved performance.
- Assist in the training and development of team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Manage performance of all staff through weekly coaching and monthly performance review.
- Manage attrition by ensuring proper and constant guidance and development of every staff in the team.
- Maintain team’s growth and progress by consistently monitoring performance, reinforcing quality, acknowledging strengths and addressing areas of opportunities.
- Ensure individual and team's adherence to the policies and procedures of the program and of the company; sanctions are applied for non-adherence.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
- Should have background on financial accounts.
- Professional experience as a Team Leader in a call center environment.
- Must be a strong and clear communicator. Need to be hands on leader and motivator that drives results.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in managing multiple projects effectively, with a high degree of accuracy and in a timely manner.

- Strong work-ethic and a positive attitude along with a desire to build a top performing team.
