- Ensure timely conveyance of staff and/or clients, even equipment and materials to and from places (offices, airports etc.) as instructed guaranteeing their protection and security.
- Use available technology to plot routes so that timely deliveries or transfers can be made.
- Ensure that company vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times. Carry out routine checks and ensure both general and preventive maintenance measures are performed on all vehicles timely.
- Keep up a travel log to record passengers, areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours.
- Precisely finish all paper work connected with your duties (trip tickets, expense reports etc.)
- Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to supervisor/manager as it happens
- Perform some other undertakings like dropping and picking supplies, documents etc. from one site to the other, as well as running errands.
- Dress professionally and in accordance with company’s dress code.
- Answer clients’ inquiries as brilliantly as could be allowed, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
