- Product Quoting experience in IT related Industry
- Knowledge of ConnectWise suite is a PLUS
- Generate quotes from inbound requests
- Dispatch/ Manage inbound ticket dashboards
- Contact partners to review licensing options
- Follow- up on quotes to close business
- Use of Salesforce is a PLUS
- Excellent organizational skill
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Excellent knowledge of MS Office, database software (Excel), spreadsheets with intermediate formula
- Runs and analyzes reports and ensues that all reports are accurate and reliable
- Assumes and performs other duties and responsibilities not specifically outlined here in
- Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail
A BIT ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-3 years working experience in the related field in a BPO setting
- Can work successfully in an ambiguous, fast paced, growing, deadline-driven environment

- Must be proactive in anticipating executives’ needs and must consistently demonstrate a strong sense of urgency
- Required to interact effectively and efficiently with all levels of employees
