About the Role
The Shared Services Data Analytics Specialist is mainly responsible for generating the data and reports related to shared services needed by the business and turn it into insight and present it in a way that will help the business make better decisions. He/she will work closely with Shared Services Data Analytics Manager and will support the department on shared services data related requirements and ensure timely submission of those reports.Roles and Responsibilities:
- In charge with ADA enrollment report to help ensure collection of subsequent premiums of clients. Provides sales the ADA enrollment report per division monthly so that appropriate action can be taken for policies with unenrolled ADA via BPI microsite.
- Create Weekly Reinstatement Suspense Report per division to provide the sales team a single view of those reinstatable policies with payment but with pending requirements. This will help sales achieve their target persistency target.
- In charge with budget allocation and budget forecasting for Shared Services Management department.
- In charge with SSA billing validation to ensure correct charging for operations related services rendered.
- Provide timely and accurate reports that will support business units in achieving operational SLA and ANP target such as SSM Mancom Report, MLPP Report, Sales Digital Journey Scorecard for coffee closing, and other reports that may be required.
- Work with SSM team members on the assessment of the Shared Services Management‘s Key Operational Risks on a monthly basis in collaboration with all the team members, if still within or above the set risk appetite level. Work with the team for the monthly FURMM report and meeting as well as coordinate with all stakeholders to attend the FURMM session.
- Handle all departmental reports and ensure timely delivery such as Mancom Report, BPI Monthly Business Review Report, BDM Monthly Meeting Report, FURMM, etc.
Minimum Job Requirement:
- Graduate of a 4- or 5-year College Course, preferably in Statistics, Math and Computer Science.
- At least 1 year of work experience in Data Analytics
- Adept in the use of Excel and other analytics softwares (SAS, Microsoft Power BI)
- Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data.
