About the Role

Responsible for developing and delivering training curriculums of AIA products and services to sellers and partners

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for delivering and leading the on-boarding program of new sellers that will be deployed in BPI branches. Such program includes the basics of insurance, BPI AIA’s product suite, digital tools, sales technique and sales process.
  • Prepare and present training materials through classroom or virtual set up, hands on demonstrations, and supporting activities for effective learning transfer.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to sellers and trainees as needed.
  • Deliver training for new product, process, tools and methods to sellers of BPI AIA nationwide.
  • Deliver training for the bank partner as needed.
  • Work with sales leaders and relevant channels to conduct gap analysis, establish training plans, design training classes and materials to boost sales performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate training programs and implement enhancements as needed.
  • Perform administrative task such as coordination with different sales channels, records keeping, and creation of reports as needed.
