Job Description

  • Responsible to create campaigns for new product launches & tactical marketing campaigns with focus on Ancillary services eg. Baggage, Seats & Insurance. 

  • Create digital marketing strategy to drive take up rate across different point of sales and channels.

  • End to end execution of offline programs and on-ground events to drive awareness on core ancillary products

  • Perform deep-dive analysis and post-mortem to identify and assess initiative effectiveness to recommend improvement opportunities.

  • Monitor revenue performance for online & offline channels and perform root cause analysis to develop corrective strategy.

  • Develop campaign promotion mechanism to support both Local & Regional campaigns and perform impact assessment.   

  • Responsible for driving and supporting product innovation that brings a better value proposition to our customer.

  • Work closely with different stakeholders i.e Marketing/ Product/ Data Science/ Operation/ Cluster team etc to jointly ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.

  • Managing projects that require complex planning and integration of multiple tasks and details.

  • Monitoring market conditions and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new ancillary products or services.

  • Coordinating and working with other departments such as Ground Operations, Customer Happiness, Marketing, Ancillary Pricing  to ensure that ancillary product sales and operations  are running smoothly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

  • Must have 3-5 years work experience in a Marketing role or anything related to Business Administration, Product Development, Advertising and Public Relations

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and technologies, including web, social media, and email marketing

  • Experience in event/trade show management

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software

  • Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus!
