JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strengthens partnership with external sources by conducting onsite visits and meetings.
- Uploads Manpower Requests in Workday Recruiting. Manages and maintains in-house recruitment system .
- Employs hiring strategies to attract and invite potential candidates.
- Conducts initial screening of all applicants to determine their suitability for the position applied.
- Administers pre-employment exams and informs all concerned of the status accordingly. Endorses qualified positions to Hiring managers.
- Ensures that pre-employment documents are valid and complete. Completes required data field information of new hires in Workday prior start date. Facilitates on-boarding program to all newly-hired employees.
- Monitors status of Interns and Project based employees. Provides hiring and attrition reports as needed.
- Prepares employment contract of newly-hired Operators
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field of study
- Prior experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing preferred
- Working knowledge on Psychometrics and Selection Interviewing
- Background on Workday Recruiting
